Day 5 – The Art of Letting Go
Today started off rough. I was physically tired, emotionally low, and full of questions, about life, about myself, about where life is taking me.
It wasn’t easy.
I just needed air.
So I went outside, and there it was — a river, flowing.
I didn’t plan to find it, but it felt like it had been waiting for me.
It didn’t fight the rocks. It didn’t ask “why me?”
It just… flowed.
That moment reminded me of something beautiful:
Water never gives up on being water. It moves around obstacles and stays true to itself. That’s when I realized, maybe I don’t need to push so hard. Maybe I just need to trust, breathe, and let myself flow too.
And maybe… that soft whisper inside me was right:
“You’re enough. You’re flowing in the exact way you need to.” [ Somewhere between the stream’s whisper and Day Five’s practice, this truth found me.]
Today, take a moment to watch water movement. Let it teach you…
